The user is free to provide their personal data for submitting their resume, requesting informational material, or other communications. The processing of personal data will be carried out solely to respond to received requests, pursuant to Article 6.1, letter b) of the GDPR. Providing such data is optional, but failure to provide it may result in the inability to obtain what is requested.

To process requests received through the website, we will handle the contact data entered in the appropriate form by the interested party. Additionally, your identification data collected during registration on the Website will be processed.

Categories of Recipients to Whom Data May Be Disclosed

Duration of Processing and Retention of Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed:

  • Regarding personal, contact, and payment data: for the time necessary to fulfill the product/service sales contract and for the period required by applicable law (in particular, ten years for the retention of contractual and tax documentation), as well as until all contractual obligations between the Controllers are exhausted.
  • For a period of 12 (twelve) months regarding browsing behavior on the Website and other Internet sites, consumption habits, geographic area, and connection device, as well as IP address; b) for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months for marketing activities. In both cases, the data subject retains the right to object to processing at any time, revoking consent.

It is specified that the data is not used for automated decision-making processes.
